Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA) participated in “Hospitality Forum”, meeting was held at Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel. Together with the Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA) representatives, the forum was attended by the hotels’ and restaurants’ owners and chief executive directors, representatives of developer companies and international experts. Forum was opened by the First deputy head of the Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA) Rusudan Mamatsashvili.
Participants of the forum conducted presentations on hotel personnel trainings, service quality raise, and electronic reservation. At the meeting were also examined modern approaches of the hotels’ and restaurants’ strategic market.

ფორუმის მონაწილეებმა პრეზენტაციები გამართეს: სასტურმოების პერსონალის ტრეინინგების, მომსახურეობის ხარისხის ამაღლების, ელექტრონული დაჯავშნის შესახებ. ასევე შეხვედრაზე განიხილეს
სასტუმროებისა და რესტორნების სტრატეგიული ბაზრის თანამედროვე მიდგომები.
