The topics of the training included: strategies for implementing inclusive tourism, positioning and marketing, developing inclusive tourism products and services – international best practices; introducing inclusive tourism products and accessible services at all stages of the tourism value chain; positioning and promoting inclusive tourism products and services in the international tourism market; inclusive tourism products and services – MICE tourism (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events, Festivals, and Exhibitions); compliance with international and national standards for inclusive tourism, universal design, and accessibility; inclusive tourism routes and services in nature (protected areas, parks, tourist attractions, destinations, and sites); international standards and best practices.
